Welcome to the Jolly Roger Taproom's Chef's List. Our Taprooms' Chefs have incorporated Maritime Pacific's fine ales and lagers into our menus for intriguing combinations of food and beverage. We are now open for both Lunch and Dinner, seven days a week. Minced jalapeno, Imperial IPA and a blend of house-smoked cheeses suspended in rich choux pastry with our fresh hop aioli for dipping.
Creamy on the inside, crispy on the outside and liberally dusted with our Amarillo hop salt and finely ground habanero pepper with our roasted garlic aioli for dipping.
House-cut fries tossed with extra sharp aged cheddar and our Nightwatch Ale gravy.
